When Ruth ruins a baby shower with her juvenile antics, her group promptly de-friends her. But when she is later mistaken to be 'with child' she is welcomed back into the group. Ruth wants to come clean, but when her dad (James Caan) has a heart attack and tells her that the only thing keeping him alive is the promise of grandkids, she decides to continue to fake the pregnancy.
